The Telanana government private unaided school fee regulatory and monitoring commission draft bill, 2025 will not only regulate private schools fee structures, they even monitor the rules of Right to Education Act(RTE) in private schools. As per the RTE Act, private schools should reserve minimum of 25% admission seats to weaker sections.
However most of the organisations raised questions regarding implementation of scheme in private and fee payment to private schools when we have govt schools.
