CCU was founded on September 14, 2013, by the H.E Prof. Dr. Osman Hajat Nyakuleha Sr. CCU is duly registered with the Malawi Government with Certificate of Incorporation No. 14634, Companies Act No. 19 of 1984. The University Administration Office is in Beverly Building, at Blantyre, Malawi, just across the
National Library Service, Along Zalewa Road, East Africa.
