Thousands of engineering aspirants and their parents across Telangana are facing immense confusion while selecting web options for seat allotment in the ongoing TG EAPCET-2025 counseling process. The absence of an option to select colleges by name and the mandatory requirement to choose seats based on “College Codes”, non-availability of college names has created chaos, with many struggling to identify the correct institution.

Adding to the frustration, students have reported the unavailability of a “Login Button” on the official website, making the process even more cumbersome. Parents allege that the lack of clear instructions and technical glitches are causing unnecessary stress, especially with the start date for web options approaching fast.
“The current system is creating unnecessary hurdles for students. Many are unable to identify college names with codes leading to mistakes. There should be a college name along with the code option and a proper login facility to avoid last-minute confusion,”

Expressing concern over the issue, the All India “Samachara Hakku Chattam Sadhana Committee” has demanded immediate intervention from authorities. National President Dr. Chanti Mudiraj, State President Sura Sravanthi, State General Secretary Mallam Venkatestham, State Spokesperson N Dilip, urged the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) Chairman, TG EAPCET-2025 Chairman, and Convenors to streamline the web option process.
